Cefir Consulting was born from the meeting of expertise and the ambition to see the world move forward.

I am Marilena Candido Della Mora, the President of CEFIR Consulting.

I built my career within the Ministry of the Economy, Finance, and Budget, working in the Fiscal and Legal Litigation for Businesses department. Over the course of 30 years, I gained recognized expertise in optimizing fiscal systems (CIR, CII, approvals, rescripts) and public funding (regional, national, BpiFrance).

I observed that despite the availability of state, European, and other aids, professionals often miss out on vital funding to carry out their projects.

Determined to act, I founded CEFIR Consulting in 2012 with the primary goal of leveraging my expertise to help innovative businesses access the necessary funding for their growth.

I have surrounded myself with technical and scientific experts, all renowned for their professional standing, so that CEFIR Consulting becomes your trusted intermediary between the administration and you. We also collaborate closely with financial partners and lawyers to accelerate the market launch of innovative projects.

At the end of her career at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Budget, Marilena Candido Della Mora created CEFIR Consulting and joined forces with Vanessa Amaranthe, an international career, a graduate in economics, and a graduate of the NEGOCIA International Business School in Paris.

Marilena CANDIDO DELLA MORA manages financial, accounting and general processes, and is responsible for the doctrine and tax positions. She is the sole contact between her clients and the tax authorities.

The firm relies on a team of expert academic teacher-researchers from Great Schools (Ecole des Mines, Polytechnique, ……). They are specialized in the fields of Digital, AI, quantum, FinTech, AssurTech, Biotech, energy transition (offshore and onshore), cybersecurity, Agrogreen, Ecogreen.

Since the creation of CEFIR consulting, we have developed a specific methodology of scientific, financial and tax expertise, guaranteeing the success of your projects in terms of management and financing of innovation and research.
